The Process

We will develop your website to meet your desires using the following process.

Understand

Before any work begins, we must understand your desires. Your first step is to complete the short Free Quote Estimate form so we have a basic understanding. We will provide you with an estimate of the time and cost to develop your site. If you want to continue, we will meet to discuss your needs in further detail. After this meeting, you will receive a detailed bid proposal describing the work to be completed. Only when you are ready, and satisfied with the bid proposal, will work begin. This first stage is free with no obligation!

Begin

We will begin work on your site by creating a site map to show the structure of the home page, related pages, and the navigation between them. Then we will meet with you to ensure that the site will satisfy your requirements.

Collaborate

We will collaborate with you to create the layout for the various pages. This is a multi-phase process that begins with simple black-and-white mockups and ends with detailed full-color layouts. At each phase, we will meet with you, and when you are satisfied, we will move to the next stage.

Convert

We will convert the layouts into a functional website. This includes building the web pages and any supporting features such as animations, a database, or a shopping cart. After the site is functional, you will be able to test it and provide feedback for modifications. When you are satisfied with the site, we will move to the final stage.

Complete

The website will be complete when we make it live on your hosting platform. We will also provide training to help you maintain the site if necessary, or we can provide ongoing site maintenance so you can continue to focus on your area of expertise.
